Many Summers Farm in Cornish, New Hampshire is owned by the Gallagher family. Their aim is to raise grass fed beef and to make cheese from Milking Devon cows. Many Summers Farm's grass-fed beef is much more than tender and juicy cuts of meat with big flavor -it's good for your health and the health of the environment. The Devon cows are raised with love and without the use of toxic chemicals and antibiotics on a superior diet of lush forage which produces quality meat high in cancer and fat fighting omega 3's. The farming methods employed at Many Summers Farm are based on a system of rational grazing, building the soil and improving the quality of the grass while protecting the water supplies.
